  • Hands down my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh for two years running. Chef Justin Severino is a humble genius who took what he learned elsewhere and brought it home to his native Pittsburgh. What he has created is a magical mashup of haute cuisine and good old fashioned references to Pittsburgh's turn-of-the-20th-century ethic, working-class culture. It's not cheap but go for a special occasion, and take every out-of-town guest who visits you here in our fair city. Cure is the best of the best. You'll never have a better or more compelling meal.
