  • Well, from 4 stars to 1 star, and you ask Why? I had my 3 month appointment scheduled for the first week in December. I got a phone call Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving from their office stating that my appointment was cancelled because of my insurance, Nevada Health Co-Op. I offered to pay cash for my visit and that was not an option. Are you fricking kidding me. I haver never heard of such nonsense.
