  • Terrible customer service. Gave them gate code to access the property. Apparently never wrote it down. Since they had no gate code, they could not be bothered to wait for a car to come through so they just skipped the appointment all together. Highly do not recommend them. Being a real estate agent I was sure to give them a gate code.
