  • Not sure why people are giving this place such low reviews, but I just received my 900$ WHITE couture gown back and they did an AMAZING job! I also had them clean my husbands black tuxedo jacket that had tiny velvet dots all over it, thinking they prob couldn't get the scuff mark and white line out and they made it look brand new. On top of that, this location is brand new so they're giving everyone a 20% discount automatically while the word gets out, so I paid a little over $13 to have them restore the two pieces beautifully. I purchased the white gown in pretty bad condition, there was dirt and marks all over the train and chest area, but I thought I'd take a chance to see if they could help it and I'm pretty much blown away. This location sends off the garments to a bigger facility, but the pieces arrived exactly at the time they said it would, so KUDOS to Delia's! Pictures show the bottom of the dress before and after....
