  • Placed order at least one week in advance for a Saturday pick up for dance. Got a call on Thursday that the store is going to be closed Friday and Saturday for their Henderson location. Was given the option to pick up in Summerlin location or they leave it at another business for me to pick up on. they did gave me a water storage for it but it doesn't look like it's going to be very good quality for a dance on Saturday when I had to pick it up on Thursday. If I had known at the time that they would not be open that day I would not have ordered this from them I would've gone to another florist. I will not use this florist again nor will I recommend this florist I was very disappointed.
