  • Super rude racist white girls. Twice I went there for my daughter's cut, twice i had some hostile rude white women. Never going again. Twice they ruined my daughter's hair. This one, was rolling eyes from beginning. Although, I was friendly cause I have class and good head over my shoulder. I didn't get what her problem was? Why she was so rude, condescending and eye rolling. Do your job and keep your baggage at home. My husband is white and I am middle eastern. The only explanation for her rudeness from point 0 is her racist attitude. She kept commenting on my daughter's curly hair that how they can't be cut. When I explained what I need she rolled her eyes. My husband also noticed that she was super rude. She on top had the audacity to sell store products on me. I said I don't use shampoo lines, i use baby products for my daughter. She said well she is not a baby so you need to use products. I laughed to myself that i need a lecture from her? I cut her ignorant talk and condescending remark and said i don't need her advice. Gave her zero tip. Incompetent and rude, such employees have no business in customer service job. Maybe better suited for back end operations with minimum human contact.
