| - PRS replaced our roof several years ago. At the time, we were impressed with the service. Now, however, we have several tiles that have slipped out of place during a storm, which makes me wonder about the quality of the work. I called them on a Friday morning to ask them to come out and repair the roof. I was told someone would call me back. Five hours later, I called back only to learn that they were closed, had been closed all day, and a messenger service had taken the call. I asked when they would be open again, and I was told Monday or Tuesday. Yes, the messenger service wasn't sure whether or not the company was taking a holiday on Monday. I called on Tuesday morning only to get the messenger service again, but later got a call back (on a line plagued with static) and was told to expect someone between the hours of 12 and 3. I assumed this was for a repair, but apparently it was only for an estimate. At 4:00 I called them and asked where the repairman was, and at first they couldn't find me in the system. I was on hold forever. Someone else finally got on the phone and he told me that they don't do estimates on Tuesdays, apologized for the inconvenience, admitted I had been told incorrectly, and said my appointment was actually for between 12 and 3 tomorrow. A whole day wasted. I ended up canceling and calling another company. They answered immediately and scheduled an appointment and outlined exactly what that appointment was for and what would happen.
