They have been my daughter's doctor since she was born. We love Dr. ANDERSON and so does our daughter. However when they expanded to the bigger office, they managed to hire a entire front office of incompetent staff. Three visits for 1 shot, after they argued with me 2 times telling me she didn't need them. I had to call my insurance to confirm that she did. Mis diagnosed her in december 2015, she almost ended up in the hospital the day after christmas. (Not by dr. Anderson). This week my daughter has ran a 104.8 fever all night and most of the day, we hoped it would go down but did not we called in at 3pm to try and take her in ( they close at 7pm) told us sorry we called to late. My daughter's well being was not a concern. The front desk did not bother to ask to have a nurse call us offer us another time to come in. Just no. Sadly We LOVE Our Dr. And so does my daughter. But sadly had to find another facility that has trained front office staff, not a bunch of ppl that happened to apply and get a job. I hope if dr. Anderson ever leaves we can find her. She is an amazing dr. Just sadly working in an office that is incapable of keeping staff that is worth managing the files for the well being of anyone's child. The few good staff no longer work the front and managing your files. It's a shame. I'm heartbroken to have to leave my dr. But I can't trust my daughter's well being to the people at the front desk.
