| - This is the closest shopping area to my parents home, and this year it was my go-to place for some last minute gifting. I found that it was pretty easy to get in and out of and not overly crowded, even on Xmas Eve (this year anyway), which was a refreshing change from the norm. The customer service here has also been very good, in my experience. Friendly, efficient, helpful..
Is it a particularly special mall? Eh.. no.. not really.. it has all the usual mid-range clothing (Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap), book, bath and kitchen stores (Barnes and Noble, Bath & Body, Williams Sonoma, Pier One), a couple of restaurants, a Starbucks and a movie theater.
Parking is good but not great - and it does get ridiculous at the holidays, as usual... so beware. It is also an outdoor mall... so dress accordingly depending on the season.
I have to agree with M.Josephine... I wouldn't want to live above shops either. I've never understood the draw. But should you disagree, you can lease an apartment here as well.
