  • DO NOT USE THEM! Before I purchased Groupon I specifically called and told them both the to and from addresses. They said while my new address was 1 mile outside of the groupon address they would honor it. Movers show up get everything moved (movers nice-owner an a**) and then tell us there's a extra gas fee for being "outside the area". Then they call their boss (think owner) and he SCREAMS (even the movers heard it it was so loud) at me that I owe the extra charge while I was trying to be reasonable and understand why I was being charged extra. And they don't tell you there's a 4.2% credit card fee and they don't accept checks (how convenient). And even agree on phone confirming groupon they still tried to charge me the groupon rate on top of the extra charge. What a horrible experience!
