  • When I first moved into this apartment I didn't see much wrong with it, fully upgraded with wood flooring and decent rent for my roommate and I sounded amazing. But during my short 6 month time living here so far my car was broken into with my belongings stolen in the public parking area (and the leasing office did nothing about it even after hearing that the police had to come to this complex multiple times recently), the apartment walls are horribly thin so I can basically everything my neighbors are doing, I had a horrible bug issue during the summer months where I would randomly find scorpions and to top it all off, the leasing office sent my roommate and I a copy of a 12 month lease when we specifically discussed doing a 9 month lease so we electronically signed all the boxes and are now here for a year. Sign a lease here carefully and know what you're getting yourself into!
