| - Years ago they were the best, lately I find the buns look smaller and are harder. I used to pass by Italian bakeries and come here for the soft buns, years ago. The servers are always ready to serve and there is no long wait at the counter. As for sitting in, there is always room here and the variety of choices are still plentiful. As with any bakery, get here as soon as it opens, by suppertime, forgetaboutit, you have to get what's leftover if it's freshly baked or choose from the container cookies. The cash gals used to be smiley but now rush you out and and 99.9 percent make a mistake rushing you, for example I was charged for items I did not purchase, they got punched in as something entirely different, I have no time to check the receipt 'till I'm out the door which is right next to the cash register. Then it takes forever to get it corrected because the new gal has to wait for the "supervisor" to make the correction and I am squeezed between the door and counter while I'm told to stand back while others are being cashed out. The gals who serve behind the counter are polite and patient and for this I will add one star. Nova won't go back to the excellent quality they had years ago because money talks and they always have customers but not this one. I might drop-in once a year to see how things are going, tho.
