  • Went in buy a gift for a friend coming to town. I ended up being absolutely stunned at the excellent service I received from Eric, the clerk working there. He was happy to explain the products to someone that was not familiar and patient to answer the questions. Mr. Bill, you have a good employee here. I suggest you do what's necessary to retain his services long term. It could mean the difference of your business. If I ever find myself in the need to purchase type of products again I will head straight in to see Eric at Mr. Bill's.
