| - We went to Leroy Fox back when they opened in 2014 I think? We really liked it, it was delicious food but the service wasn't that great.
We do order from a food delivery service once a week, and when Leroy Fox appeared on their service, we ordered dinner from them back in November of 2014. The food arrived, and it was delicious. Except several items were missing and they ended up crediting us for the missing items.
We tried again on 5/3/15: Once again, great food but missing items that had to be redelivered an hour later.
We still loved the food so we tried again on 11/2/15. Food was great, missing entree.
At this point, we just gave up. It seemed like they were never going to be able to get their act together to actually put together a ticket as ordered (and we aren't complicated orderers or anything either; just basic stuff).
Fast forward to yesterday 6/15/17, we were REALLY craving some Leroy Fox fried chicken, so we thought we'd try one last time.
Good news and bad news. The bad news is that after 3 years, they still can't get an order right. We ordered 1 app and 2 entrees, and they forgot one of the entrees and we had to wait an hour for it to be redelivered.
The good news for us (bad for Leroy Fox) was the food is now really sub-par. Both chicken entrees were massively overcooked and bone dry; the mac and cheese seemed to be no cheese all mac, and the quality of the side dishes was just really not even close to what it was when they opened. That's good news for us because we definitely won't be craving this anymore. Goodbye Leroy Fox - we miss the good food you once provided way back when.
