  • I put my order in 10 minutes ahead of time. Then had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes and they tried to charge me. I pulled up my receipt, all of a sudden they found my order and it was all wrong. So slow for a Starbucks and then I didn't get an apology or anything. Very unlike the usual service at all other locations.
