  • From the first call to the initial visit, everything was awesome! The whole company's staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. I wasn't pressured into any services and every question I asked was politely answered in detail. I have an incredibly low tolerance for creepy bugs (mostly roaches) and we get some big ones in the house during the spring and summer months... our tech was so incredibly thorough and really listened to our concerns and walked us through what he planned on doing and how the bugs would react to the treatment. It was very reassuring! I'm so happy that we found this company! I'm looking forward to being comfortable in my own house again and not having to stare at the floor to make sure a creepy crawly isn't lurking around somewhere.
