  • Horrible Experience, first they removed my toe rings during pedicure and did not replace them. I spent a week and a half calling about it, they said they would return my call, have the manager call me, and no return phone calls as they promised, so I went in to speak with the manager and he was totally non-responsive, I do not know how my toe rings could have magically disappeared and they were so unhelpful about it and didn't care. The rings, one gold were gifts and had sentimental value that can not be replaced. Then, that same week I had eyelashes done, the technician was a novice, I was in pain for the entire night after from here using scotch take during the app and ripping the tape off which ripped the skin on the corners of my eyes and the glue she used caused constant tearing. When I called and asked to have them removed the salon said that she no longer worked there and they could not help me. DO NOT GO THERE! BEWARE!!! I had to provide a star rating to ost, but, I don't believe they deserve a 1 star rating even.
