  • Paid a visit to the Bobbi Brown counter months and months ago. It was during the day, the store wasn't really busy. I wanted to pick up my usual concealer and lip gloss from the counter. There were 2 ladies that were talking to each other in a different language. They clearly looked at me and literally turned away. They gave me the dirtiest look, like they're looking down on me or something. I walked right out. I guess these women don't realize that they're getting minimum wage for their job, and they shouldn't think so highly of themselves!
