  • Introduction: I've visited Sweet Spot on numerous occasions, not sure why it took me so long to type this review. Maybe due to their AMAZING consistencies in every aspect you can imagine. Here it goes..... Customer Service: 5/5 Exceptional service from the minute you walk in, to the minute you walk out. Both Freddy and Trish were super cordial, personal and friendly. More importantly, they were attentive and paid extra attention to the details of my picky order. Atmosphere: 5/5 Super cozy, the temperature was perfect and the volume of the music was perfection as well. Not to mention, there were some great jams that was on during our visit. Everyone was so friendly, I got the mom and pops feeling vs your typical Corporate kinda ice cream shop feel. Which I truly appreciate. Cleanliness: 5/5 I must say, I was extremely impressed with how clean the shop was. Especially for an ice cream shop, it was IMMACULATE! KUDOS Sweet Spot for being able to maintain this kind of appearance. Quality: 5/5 When it comes to my Cupcakes and Ice Creams, I am super picky and a tough Critic. Now when it comes to Nitrogen Ice Cream, you have to be super tedious with the measurements and ingredients. Therefore, it's pretty hard to try and satisfy everyone. But Sweet Spot sure satisfy this tummy, not once, but over and over again and again. Our order were perfect in every way. Quantity: 5/5 One word, it was A LOT. Actually. A little too much, cause I didn't want to eat as much as I did, but it was so delicious I couldn't stop. So yeah, there's plenty. Price: 5/5 The price was definitely OUTSTANDING for what we got. However, what made it more tremendously AMAZING is that for what you get, nothing's too expensive. World Class Service + Quality Taste= Priceless. Tips to my fellow customers: Yes, you may have to wait a little or not get all the attention I mentioned above. That's due to how busy the place can get and for Nitrogen Ice Cream, everything gets made to order. So expect a little wait, if you are patience, it's worth it at the end. Enjoy!
