  • Website Bait and Switch. I entered order and paid immediately expected it was just time to sit back and await delivery. However, was contacted and told that the shipping option I had selected was not available and I needed to pay additional charges to receive. In this day and age with product and my address all entered if their web folks cannot have proper options displayed they should eat the cost and correct the problem in the future rather than trying to gouge customers additional money. It's not the amount of money that is irritating it's the poor service attitude and not owning up to the fact they made an error so they will correct it.
