  • I was impressed with the gal at the front desk in the office as I dropped off my document to be served. She was thorough and detailed. I dropped off my documents on August 2. I was told that I would receive an email with a copy of the document that was filed with court. I never received an email. I was never told that the document was served. Today is the 26th and I had to go to the courthouse to look up if it was filed. I found that it had been served on the 5th, and filed on the 9th. I tried to call them but it was after hours so I went onto their website and left a message requesting information. Never heard back from them. Won't use them again just because of the lack of follow up. Need to serve another document, using different company..... Getting it done for $5 less.
