  • I'm so glad the fried cheese curds are back! Praise to the cheese gods! Shiloh Grill is always a solidly good meal. Some of my favorite dishes include: fried cheese curds (see above), crab cakes mcardle (who'da thunk, but yea they are delicious), all tacos on menu, and the arugula steak salad. The chili and mac & cheese are also delightful side choices. Fun drink selection, too. Their "Happy Ending" singlehandedly got me through grad school. The staff is always friendly and courteous and sometimes downright lovely. That being said, there always seems to be at least one thing wrong with either mine or my husband's order (missing components, missing bacon, stray calamari sneaking it's way in with the cheese curds, bringing wrong drink orders, etc) Nothing that can't be forgiven and overshadowed by the yummy food. I'm also not a fan of their brunch buffet. I know I'm in the minority with this one, but their waffles seriously need to step up their game. Also, everything always tastes like it's been sitting out. Which it HAS. So. There's that.
