  • They suck! I walk in with my Nine West glasses I purchased 2 years ago and needed them repaired. Immediately received the all popular negative. "I don't think we carry that line anymore" without even checking first. She said snotty..."They will no be under warranty anyway" she then made a call to her other store. Hung up and said..." we will not be able to send them out for repair. We don't carry that brand anymore." You will need to go to a different eye place called Olsen's." I said "you don't back the glasses you sell?" I am willing to pay to have them fixed." She said nothing. I was upset. She snickered. That was it. I will have chase down another place at lunch again that supports Nine West so I can get my not cheap glasses fixed. I wish I could give them zero stars. There prices are also over inflated.
