| - I had a very poor experience here once so my review is a bit biased towards that. But, one time I came pretty hungover and ordered breakfast to help sober me up. I was in the drive thru, and they took my credit card and had it in the back for about 10 minutes, which made me feel super uncomfortable. After that, they came back and told me their card machines weren't working and asked if I had cash... I said no, and the lady said "okay," and shut the window. Since I had been in line for at least 15 minutes and sat in front of the window for another 10 or so, I was already upset but hey, I figured maybe I'd get a free meal or something. Nope, after another 2 minutes of waiting the lady came back and said "what are you still doing here?" Like, you guys just wasted my morning, and your card machine stopped working, plus you had my card for God knows how long, and you can't give me ANY food?
Well, I left. On my way home I was just too upset, turned around and walked inside. Demanded to speak to the manager and explained to her how upset I was with the entire situation, to which she gave me a free meal. Regardless, I just hated the entire experience there. I get things happen, but if you're going to waste a ton of my time at least compensate me for it. God. At least BK is across the street now.
