  • BEST PANCAKES EVER!! I do not know what they add to their pancake batter, but it works for me! Moist and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. We have been here (Chagrin Blvd. location), several times over the years. The owners, Mike and Jane are almost always there, greeting and talking with customers. best bet is to get there early, before 9am to get a seat without a delay. After that time, the crowds arrive...but it is worth the wait! Kudos to Mike and Jane - lots of hard work, but you two have created a great place.
