Couldn't be more disappointed. Their service has been going down hill. 1st cold pizza was delivery. Offered me a free one next time I came in. I forgot about it. My mom has been having breast cancer treatment and incredibly sick so I've been taking care of her. 2nd cold pizzas was pick up. I was there at the specified time they gave me. I even called to tell them and asked if it was safe to feed my toddler because the cheese was so glossy and old looking. They said it had only been ready for 20 min when I picked it up. Well that's not when I was told to be there. He put me down for a second free pizza credit and said I had already had one and didn't use it...that to just call in and say next time and they would take care of me. Called to use a credit and the night manager said he couldn't and to call during the day for the day time manager who took the book away. Who remembers to call in the day for dinner time when you have a sick mom and a toddler? Not me. Took me 3 weeks to remember to. The morning manager was actually the owner and basically called me a liar. She would not do anything for me and there is no book any longer to prove that I had my two credits. I got heated after her saying people were calling in with fake credits. I don't do well when people accuse me of lying. When I said my mom had breast cancer, she laughed and said what does that have to do with this? I hung up on her after some choice words. NEVER will I ever go here again and I'm pissed because it was one of my favorite places for last minute dinners in the neighborhood. I will also be making sure that no one I know goes there ever again. I'm a business owner and I would never treat my customers in the manner that she did. You could tell over the phone she was lying about the book "being gone" by her stutter. I don't even leave bad reviews because I call to speak with owners to tell them the situations - they can't fix anything unless they know about it. Since I talked to the owner, I feel compelled to leave this review.
