  • My husband and I went into this store a year ago to buy a mattress. We ended up getting a Tempurpedic and I have no complaints. They delivered fast and the guys were awesome and helped set it up because we also had gotten an adjustable mattress, so that is why I am giving this place at least 2 stars... Then my husband and I went back to get a headboard, which I had told our sales rep Julian that it was the wrong one, but he said it wasn't.... He gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks. The day it was supposed to be delivered I never got a phone call saying it wasn't coming because of a back order issue... No problem, just let me know... This went on for 3 months!! Finally after being rescheduled 4 times, I found out the wrong headboard was ordered and the one I wanted had been in stock the whole time!!!! Love Mattress Firm, will never go back to this location :(
