| - I didn't think it was possible, but Sahara has won us back. After dealing with their botched A/C unit install for much longer than we should have, my previous review got the attention of one of the heads of the company, and he has been going above and beyond to make up for it.
I can't give a full five stars, because we did go through over three years of leaky roof and water damage. However, the very next business day after posting my original review he got in touch with me, honestly apologetic that he wasn't made aware of the situation sooner (the last tech that had been out to see us was supposed to report to him and never did, and unbeknownst to me, had actually been fired months before my review), and has personally taken charge of our situation.
Within a week, he himself came out with one of their techs and a roofer and confirmed that it was indeed their fault, and did the A/C repair that same day. It's been less than a month, and he's also sent out a paint and drywall repair company and the roofing company to do additional repairs that were needed, at no cost to us, and has even taken it upon himself to see that we get additional updates to our system.
Sahara really cares about their customers, it's just a shame that our situation fell through the cracks for so long due to a couple incompetent employees, at least one of which was rightfully terminated even before I left my review.
