  • Here is what you get for $1,175 per month: 1) Basically the same looking apartment as the ones that are $1,150 2) The smell of marijuana throughout the complex 3) A complete lack of Security presence on-site (have never seen a security guard here). I even drove around the complex 3 times one night looking for one. 4) Shady looking people who are moving-in 5) Shady-looking people who have already moved-in 6) An awkward kitchen in terms of how the refrigerator door opens - bizarre 7) A lack of "Hot" water - you either have to turn some faucets to "C" for hot water and to "H" for cold water, or either receive no hot water at all. 8) The office is slow, rude and basically without care or concern. 9) And this unit in the bathroom which falls apart every few days makes a screaming / whining / high-pitched sound whenever the lights or water is turned on. 10. Strongly refer to the recent ratings on 8/10 and 8/15 of this year if you don't believe this. Marissa is also one to definitely avoid. As for "Victoria"- have never seen or spoken to the individual. A horrendously overpriced complex - stay clear!
