  • Horrible service!!! I went there to see if I can get a replacement screw for a pair of sunglasses. All the lady kept telling me is that they couldn't do anything to fix it because there was super glue residue on there and that it wouldn't set correctly. I told her that if she sold me the screw, I'll replace it. She said she was sorry that it'll take time to find the right screw. I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! I am willing to buy the screw from them and do it myself, yet, they wouldn't take the time to find the screw that fits because there were super glue residue on it? Unbelievable and very poor customer service. Recommend shutting down and go work for McDonald's. - A very upset customer!
