  • Horrible experience, wish I could give 0 stars...My manager asked me to call this company to take away some stuff we had around the office after a recent remodel and furniture update. I called the customer service line last Monday and made a Thursday appointment for 2:00-4:00. I ended up leaving early for a family emergency, but a coworker called them at 4:00 after they didn't show and they had a completely different address on file (even though my confirmation email had the right one, and they never called 20-30 minutes ahead of time as the email states). We were frustrated, but rescheduled for last Friday 8:00-10:00. By 10, they hadn't shown again so I called customer service again. They couldn't reach the local manager (Mike) but all they could see is that it was somehow canceled and they gave me his number to call him as well. They rescheduled to 1:30-3:30 that day (we were ready to give up on them but just wanted the stuff out of the office). I called Mike's number after speaking with customer service to confirm the appointment and I left a voicemail. Needless to say, they never showed up to the appointment and Mike (nor anyone else for that matter) ever called me back. I got a feedback request email yesterday and even though I shared my experience on there and was told I would be contacted, they still haven't reached out and I won't hold my breath. We called another company (Arizona Rubbish Disposal) to come in Tuesday morning and they were great. On time, gave us a quote on the spot, took everything, and we paid at the end. I highly recommend them. I am not surprised multiple people complaining of the same experience on this Yelp page... (Also a note to the company: It was scheduled under my manager's name so please don't tell me you "can't find the record").
