  • What started out as a very pleasant experience turned out to be a gong show. I purchased a new 2016 BMW R9T. My salesperson, Clete was 5 stars all the way. The parts department on the other hand was an absolute joke! I paid for parts, had them shipped to my Malibu house where the bike is kept. Out of loyalty to the dealer I purchased all my after market parts and accessories from them. All parts were wrong that were shipped to my house. I returned them and most were returned with the correct parts over a period of 6 months. This was except for one set of parts they claim to have mailed they never did. They gave me a copy of a delivery receipt for other parts that we delivered, not the remaining wrong parts to be replaced. I told them I will pay again, just send the damn parts. So, this is a great dealer to buy a bike from Clete, but a joke to buy parts. BEWARE! The customer is always wrong, despite how many parts they admit to have made mistakes on... I had to pay twice for the same part to actually receive it!
