  • I've come here more than 4 times since opening and tried several of the flavors: oolong, taro, Earl Grey and the original. They have messed up my order a couple times (once added ice when asked not to and another time there was no sugar added at all) but the base price does include tapioca which I greatly appreciate and they continue to provide polite service every time. The taste of the drinks are definitely on point as well. I hope to continue coming as my main bbt store since they offer a more competitive price and faster service as opposed to coco/chatime.
