  • #1. Expensive. #2.I only went to this groomer cause I needed to get my dog groomed asap. Never have I ever had this problem anywhere else I've ever went ever. #3. Even as I went in, the staff didn't look like they were very well trained at handling multiple animals at once, I saw the young man working there almost drop a Chou mix, no business picking up a dog that size... #4. My dogs anal area was cut up completely and he might have an infection due to carelessness. I will be compensated. #5. I thought I had a bad feeling about the place and should've went with my instinct. In short, NEVER take your animal here. They are reckless, careless, and clueless.
