One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a cab company, and that's saying a lot. My wife and I had a 5:45am pickup reservation scheduled online and we received a text confirming this pickup time the night before. 5:45am rolls around the next morning and guess what? No cab. Upon calling the company they stated that they had no record of us scheduling our ride (even though we received a confirmation the night prior) and the dispatch worker was very adamant that this was our fault and not that of the company's. Because of this issue we were on the verge of missing our flight, my last ditch effort was to download and install the uber app to my phone, a service I had never used before. Within 4 minutes my wife and I were in a Scion xB, bags and all, and on our way to the airport. On top of this our uber fair was around $12 where the cab ride typically costs us $20 + tip. Because of the poor customer service clean air cab has lost our business for the remainder of the company's existence, but the bright side is we have discovered a much more friendly and efficient mode of transportation because of our horrific experience with them. Avoid this company at all costs, they do not deserve your business.
