  • All the staff here are wonderful! I followed Dr. Sultan from the Charleston Banfield to here. She is a FANTASTIC doctor. She has been seeing my dogs for the past 3 plus years. One of my dogs had a lot of health issues. First, they thought he had two massive tumors inside of him but it turns out that he was never neutered. We only thought he was since the shelter I got him from didn't know. We ended up having him neutered at the ripe old age of 9ish (don't know his real age since he was a stray). Then the real tumors came. He developed two tumors which were surgically removed by Dr. Sultan. Sadly they grew back and he was referred to the Las Vegas Specialty Center to see the oncology department. He went through two different chemo and that didn't work. Sadly, he had to be put down because the tumors grew rapidly. I have never gone through the process of having a pet put down but one of the receptionist kindly and gently walked me through the process when I scheduled the appointment. When the day came, the receptionist knew right away who we were. I signed the necessary consents and was brought in right away. It was very seamless. A nice vet tech came into the room to begin the hard part. Obviously I had been crying but she was careful with her words to not agitate my fragile emotional state. She asked the hard questions about what I would like to do with my four legged best friend once all is done. She took my dog to the back to put the IV in. As she was leaving the room, she began to cry. Oddly enough this made me happy knowing that she had empathy for my situation. It wasn't just another day on the job for her. Dr. Sultan came in to administer the shots. I couldn't be in the room but she let me know when it was all done. You can easily tell that she had been crying too. I don't know if the team or even the corporation pays attention to these reviews but I would like personally thank the vet tech that helped me that day. I apologize for not remembering your name but you were very sweet. Thank you Dr. Sultan from the bottom of my heart for all you had done for my little old man. You will still see me and the little princess who like to bark alot. It makes it so much easier to deal with ailing pets when you have a team that actually cares about the pets. Even though I followed Dr. Sultan to this location, there is also another doctor named Dr. Graviet. She is very nice too. Now i have only spoken to her once or twice when Dr. Sultan was out of the office but Dr. Graviet was still very helpful and kind. My only complaint would be that the front desk needs to have one more person at least during peak hours. I feel bad when the phones are going off like crazy and there is a line of people waiting to check in and out.
