  • I can't say I've had the experience as others have on here. I redeemed a Groupon last week for the lash extensions. The only thing that surprised me was it only took a half hour. In the past when I've had these done it is usually completed in a few hours, however, I recognize that there are probably several techniques to do these. I would prefer to communicate via phone call rather than text, but I'm old school. I found Gemma's studio to be very clean. A day before my appointment I got a nice text from Jonathon as a reminder. My lashes have stayed on. I didn't get them wet for 24 hours, as instructed. I also spend a great deal of time on a motorcycle and the wind has not weakened them. So far I have received lots of compliments on them. I will be going back in another week and a half for a refill. No complaints.
