  • I don't recommend renting here. I leased an apartment for a 3 month period since I was here for work and wanted to be close to the city. The leasing office was very unhelpful - my pipes froze for my bathtub and the water wouldn't drain and there was nothing they could do, they didn't inform me that I had to sign paperwork 60 days before moving out saying I wouldn't renew my lease and am now paying even more for additional days that I won't be in the apartment, the cable and Internet come with the lease and are non negotiable, however, no cable box or modem are given nor any instructions on who the provider is or where to call for setup. If you don't like dogs, I wouldn't recommend living here either as there are many. It's a very young community and is close to everything. There is a small gym, pool, and community area. Parking may look plenty, but there is a shortage of spots if you get home any time after 8pm. I would strongly caution against this complex if you're looking for apartments in the area.
