  • I bought a new chain for my bike here last Friday and put it on immediately when I got home. The next day the chain exploded and cost me $90 to repair my bike. I went back to this store for a refund and they gave me store credit, no questions asked. I thought for sure I would have to put up a fight to get my $13.50 back, but nope! Great customer service!
