  • For an early morning ride from Madison to O'Hare, the bus arrival and departure was exactly on time (within 5 minutes of the stated time). This route features only a few stops and each stop is only long enough to load and unload passengers. There is a bathroom on board. Tips: Go to the website and click through the website for updates on traffic or pickup/dropoff relocations. The website also describes payment methods. You can buy a ticket online for a given day (not time); however, the ticket must be printed on paper. The bus was very quiet with no music playing or TVs playing, which I appreciate. Pretty happy with the reliable service...it's not that much slower than driving yourself and you can sleep on the bus.
