| - First time going here. I had to deal with 3 different employees so I will name them #1, #2, #3..
I stood in line and when I finally got to employee #1, I told her I was picking up money through western union. She proceeded to ask me, "is this your first time withdrawing money from us?" Clearly didn't hear a word I said. She then directed me to the counter with the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I filled out the only thing that was in English (other papers were in Spanish). I went back in line for the second time. When I reached #1, she told me to fill out the other paper that was only in Spanish. I then stood in line for the third time. A male walked into the store and instead of taking me when I was next in line, #2 helped him out first. #3 opened up her window and said, "next person," which would have been me, but she took someone else also. When #2 was done with the guy, she finally called on me. She could not pull up the transaction since "the number was wrong." I attempted to show her my phone which had the picture of the receipt texted to me, and she didn't bother to look at it. Her response was, "maybe you got the number wrong." I told her, "how could I get the number wrong when I have a picture of the receipt right here?!" She didn't bother using my name to look it up or anything. She basically refused to help me since the number didn't work. I walked out and went to the location on fort apache where they helped me with no issues and I was in and out in 3 minutes!
