  • Made an appointment at 11am, for a fill at 2pm. Upon arrival the only lady who does acrylics had clearly just started on someone. I was on time, and she told me she'd be with me in 15 minutes. The point in making an appointment is to not wait. Clearly not very customer oriented. I will be getting my nails done somewhere else. What a waste of a day. I could have done them somewhere else earlier.
