Just moved to Huntersville and was looking for a grocer. We are super impressed. The customer service is the best of any grocery I've ever been to. We were greeted upon entering the store. We passed a worker on a ladder facing product and he took the time to ask us if we needed anything and welcomed us. And the Aprons lady. Genuinely loved her job and was a wealth of knowledge. Helped us with some ideas for dinners. And when we told her that we were vegetarian, she immediately sprung into action showing us ways to modify the recipes. During checkout, I started bagging the groceries to help out. But a young man came over quickly and took over. When my cart started filling up, he ran outside and got us another cart so that, "My groceries wouldn't smash."
Wow, just wow. I applaud the Publix franchise for creating an atmosphere of family. And for this store's manager for setting the golden standard for the employees.
