I ordered my tickets for a show I'm doing from Hotcards and they got them right the first time. They could not and would not get them right the second time. Endless excuses as to why they were not right. Jen Brown wouldn't take responsibility and argued with me endlessly on the phone when all I wanted was for her to tell me that she would ensure the tickets were made the same way they were the first time. I called after each order to make sure the details of my order were not missed. No one could tell me the coating the printer, the actual printer they use, used to make the cards have the finish they had. Now, every few days I receive emails asking for feedback and they won't stop sending them. I don't know why they won't just leave me alone. They refused to make the tickets correctly or take responsibility for an incorrect order. Ok. There's no need for me to do business with them anymore. Yet they still keep contacting me.
