  • On 1/2016 my electrician recommended: Scott at his company, "Kwik as a Wink" plumbing to help me finish a sewer ejection pump problem that another plumber was incompetent in completing. I needed a new lid for the container that the new ejector pump sits in so that all the sewer water now sitting in my big cement hole could be pumped out and all the water and sewage could again be contained in a container sitting in this large cement hole. Scott said he could see me next week and finish and for me to send him a photo of the lid needed...I did and he said he received and it would not be a problem. Advance to 1/26/16 and a follow up call to find out when he could be here..... Eventually, almost a week later, a women called from his office and said Scott is too busy for this job so he's cancelling seeing me leaving my almost a week later to start over trying to find someone who will handle this job. They didn't even offer me a recommendation for another plumber when I asked. Scott just abandoned me and this job! NOT a fair and good thing to do.....unacceptable way to do business!
