  • About to end my stay at this hotel and I have a few things to say.. The whole 24/7 gallery pick up system (aka room service) is not efficient; tried to order food our first night in and they couldn't find the last name our booking was under and eventually the woman on the other line just hung up on us. The sheets are so new that they are hard, stiff, and scratchy. I guess there were no normal rooms available at the time of our stay so we were given a handi-capped room. The extra space was great but the shower was not. Felt very odd being in an entire room dedicated to a shower with very weak water pressure as well. Also we ate breakfast at the hotel on Sunday, where breakfast ends at 10, and got down to where the food was around 9:35. Almost everything was gone or clearly touched and when we asked the staff if they would be bringing out more of what was gone, they said they were not. Almost every table was also covered in previously used plates and silverware and half eaten food. Just do not eat breakfast here unless you are an early riser. Also it was quite saddening to find out there was no hot tub. Just a pool. A cold pool. Also waters in the room would've been greatly appreciated. I was quite parched throughout my entire stay. I guess other than that my experience was decent. Not sure if I would come back again..
