  • I've been a customer since 1979! Yes, that many years!! And I can tell you the original and second owners were wonderful! The current owners make me never want to go back, mainly the husband/butcher. His condescending attitude and total lack of customer service is frustratng! His wife at least tries to be pleasant most days but, becomes down trodden and I believe it's from his negative energy. The last two times I came in and waited to see, and true to form, they never even said thank you or wished happy holidays! I've noticed if you are a customer in there with a good size order, he becomes friendlier. It's really unfortunate, as we have come in for many years, and love their products. I would love to find the same quality in beef and chicken elsewhere. Even if more expensive, I would purchase elsewhere to be greeted and serviced by someone who is polite and cares!
