  • My boyfriend and I dined here on March 18 to top off our Vegas vacation and they did not disappoint. I had read a review on Yelp about contacting Jennifer (manager) beforehand about specifics on our reservation. We requested for a table with a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, and when we got there, our table had the best view in the house. (There is a picture of it on their facebook page--it's almost the very first table in front of the fountains). Jennifer also stopped at our table and she really knows how to make sure that a dinner becomes an experience that we will never forget. I honestly got so thrilled with the atmosphere of the restaurant that everything else that came with it made the night perfect. At first, I was a bit nervous about contacting the manager and making a request since it is a popular spot and almost everyone wants a great table, but it really doesn't hurt to ask :) Tips: get a table around 530 to 6pm-ish because the restaurant is not packed when we got there--plus, that was right around sunset so we had a nice palette of colors to watch; the scallop/oxtail appetizer was perfect and fresh; and the chocolate souffle just melts in your mouth, it's really worth waiting 20 minutes for dessert :) This is my very first review here on Yelp, I just thought I would shower this restaurant with compliments because they deserve it. Like I said, it wasn't just the amazing french dinner, but the whole thing was about experiencing the best customer service, a romantic ambiance, and the best view of the Strip. Thank you so much Jennifer and the rest of the staff at Eiffel Tower Restaurant!
