I am absolutely disappointed with all the reviews on here! Theyre bashing this place and they do not deserve it. Ive been to henderson nissan three times. Ill openly admit that the first two experiences (both in 2009) were horrendous, but since then they have completely changed their customer service and managment style. I bought a new altima in september 2012 and it was the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience of my life! Shout out to Rob Parker! If you can, deal with him. He was so nice, courteous and straightforward with everything. Give it a try everyone, seriously.
