  • Not the best place ever. My kids really enjoyed open skating. There's a few middle aged kids that are regular that take over the ice like they in the place. This also explained why the staff is disengaged and doesn't have customer service training. They are kids too. I'd rather spend my money ey elsewhere Wich exactly what I'd did since there ATM wasn't working and no one provides cash back. There's no help and mo direction no one asks if you've been there before or know how anything works they just charge you and leave it up to you to ask the questions when your lost. I'd recommend bowling or movies over this as they also have posted everywhere that everything you do is at your own risk but never share any sort of safetey concerns for people.
